Working Principle of the Adjustable DC Regulated Power Supply
When the input AC voltage is 150V-260V, the parameter stabilizer outputting a 220V voltage regulator works better. Below and above this range, its efficiency decreases. A microcontroller is used for the first step of control, keeping the input voltage below 310V and above 90V, and adjusting and controlling it within the 190V-250V range. Then, a parameter regulator is used for voltage regulation.
The AC input voltage fluctuates significantly, and high-frequency pulses and other interference voltages are filtered by an overvoltage absorption filter circuit before entering the DC switching regulator, AC sampling circuit, and control execution circuit.
The DC switching regulator has low power but can use +5V, +12V, and -12V DC voltages to replace the 60-320V AC voltage. The 5V voltage is used for the microcontroller, and the ± high-power switching module is used for the 12V voltage supply control circuit.
The acquired input voltage data is analyzed and judged, and control signals are sent to the trigger circuit to control and adjust the output voltage.
The control execution circuit consists of a high-power SSR zero-crossing switch module and a tapped automatic transformer. An RC absorption circuit absorbs overvoltage and overcurrent between SSRs, preventing damage during switching. The control execution circuit controls the 90-310V input voltage between 190V and 240V before sending it to the parameter regulator for precise voltage stabilization.
The parameter regulator consists of an inductor and a capacitor, with an oscillation frequency of 50Hz. Regardless of changes in the pipeline power supply, its oscillation frequency remains constant, therefore the output voltage also remains unchanged, resulting in high voltage regulation accuracy. Even with significant distortion in the input voltage waveform, the parameter stabilizer outputs a standard sine wave after oscillation, thus providing strong anti-interference and purification capabilities.

Protection Alarm Circuit: When equipment safety is threatened, only an audible and visual alarm is triggered to alert operators to take action without cutting off the output voltage. An audible and visual alarm will sound when there is no output voltage, the control box temperature is too high, the AC input exceeds 300V, or the AC input falls below 130V. When the input current is too high, the input (output) automatic circuit breaker will automatically trip.
